When you finalize your payment for your purchases, we will send you an email containing your invoice for the purchased items. If in any case, you need another copy of your invoice, please send us your request and we will be happy to send you a copy.
We do apologize for the inconvenience. If an item is marked as “Sold Out”, we suggest you check the site frequently within the next two weeks in case it restocks. However, if it does not restock within the next few weeks, it is likely to be removed from our online store.
We offer many shipping methods you can choose from. For security reasons, we will only ship your order to the billing address you entered during checkout. If you need to ship to a different address, please send a request with the order and we will verify your request. Please note that if you request to ship to a different address, your order might be delayed due to the verification process.
